php - javascript is not loading on ssl -

There is a WHMCS installed on my host. I have just added a simple code to rotate our certificate logo and this main page (And non-SSL pages), please take a loot (in the right-hand column of the page):

but it does not work in SSL pages Is:

EST is in both ways and only the difference is about SSL (HTTPS).

I found that the problem is not related to the insecure content on my page ('enamad.ir/trustseal/symbol.aspx') because I removed it but the problem exists.

Anybody appreciates appreciated.
