php - Calculate flying time of a flight considering timezone -

I am trying to calculate the flight time of travel using PHP.

Scenario:

Arrive at Singapore at 12:00 AM at 18:30 hrs. Time between Chennai and Singapore is 2: 30m, hence the flight Time is up from 49 above the landscape.

The moment I am I use JS and I can not just reduce arrival time - departure time as time zone should also be considered.
