android - Root vs system signature -

What is the difference between personal and root access versus system signatures in the private sector?

Trouble uninstalling a system app with system signature, and I have read that it can be done through a root.
Can anyone be clearly understood that what is the difference?

Finally, I want to know how to uninstall the program, a system app.
