eclipse - RCP's ViewPart does not refresh? -

I'd use 'IFolderLayout' to include two ViewParts. When I drew the border to control the size of the 'IFolderLayout' I, if will refresh as the first Wup-paint contains active ingredients resize But if Wupbar will not refresh content is active. This means that ViewPart will show 'Blurred Screen'.

So the question is the way to decide?
