I have re-installed the redis-server but there is no luck yet. any suggestion?

OK, the exception is described as, your radis server is down, try the following materials: 1. See if there is a firewall on the server which runs the example of radis (maybe, but?) 2. Go to your web server (which runs your php) and try telnet on your redhead server. See if the configured Host / IP is correct, something in Redis Server's network settings has changed.
