php - CMS Made Simple: lost permission to access admin panel -

I'm a little amateur (and CMS is brand new on MS) so this may be a bit silly question, but I can The answer can not be found.

I captured it on an old page to renew it. So I was trying to update a new CMSMS version manually. I had backed up all files in public_html directory (and deleted after backup) and mySQL back up (but I did not remove it). And after I removed all the files, I remembered that I had forgotten to back up the page topic, so I tried to recover an old page.

I did it to recover:

Old files of public_html

- Changed the old password of mysql database and changed it to configuration file.

The webpage is working right now, but I can not access an admin panel. I get this message when I try to access it:

403 Forbidden You do not have permission to access this server / admin /.

Thanks for the help!

If you are a user and have an email associated with your account, then you can use it Forgot your password? Link.

If you do not have an email associated with that account and that user has access to view the DB on the user table and edit it, add an email address in the email box, save, now you can reset the password To get a reset email with a link, you can use the Forgot Password link.

I find it easier by trying to change my password in your DB unless you do not keep MySQL queries intact.
