api - Running App on Android Studio -

I am very new to Android development and have not just installed Android Studio on my Win7 PC. I have created a simple application that I am trying to run. However, I have no AVD manufactured and the windows are not able to make me any. I have been diluted OK-Button on the AVD build profile and I can not move forward. I tried to install the app on my Android phone but found the following error:

My last problem is that by creating a new AVD screen, only "Android L (preview) - API level L" for target field value

Can this help me with this? I'm a very new Android developer and tried to find an online solution but without any fate.

Is it possible to specify a dependency on another gradeal project in the granular (in android studios) outside the current project limits?
