php - Laravel error in exception handler -

I have set laravel 4 and when I go to the following URL: 

  http: // localhost / laravel / public /

I got this error: 

  error exception handler

like I said on the subject I've tried yet

but it can not help me any ideas?

Laravel need to write some files in the app / storage folder to allow write app / Storage Chmod 777 has a suggested as the object as the URL or www-data: www-data -R app / storage
