php - How to pass variables to Joomla modules? -

I am trying to create a Joomla website, where entries from the SQL database will be displayed based on different questions . I would like to write a universal module, which can read in some parameters (as a normal task), then search the database and display the results. I have no way to do this. I have some rules within the module I can only do hard work but there is no access to module from Joomla admin panel. thank you in advanced.
